While we strive to provide you with the best rowing experience, it is possible that after purchasing the ambassador package your expectations were not met, or you have simply changed your mind. If this is the case, you will have the option to request a refund.
Please note that you will no longer be able to access the EXR beta, or any other ambassador advantages if your purchase is refunded.
YOU CAN REQUEST A REFUND ONLY IF BOTH CONDITIONS APPLY:
- You request your refund within the first week of your ambassador purchase.
- You have rowed less than 10km (6.2miles) on your account.
