EXR doesn’t run smoothly

EXR is an innovative and sophisticated app which is constantly tested, improved, and updated. Usually, the app displays a high-quality 3D environment, is responsive, and runs smoothly.

When using outdated hardware, it is possible that performance errors such as lags, low framerates or frozen graphics occur. To improve stability we recommend the following steps:

  1. Changing the video settings to low.
    • You find the video settings in the options menu (cogwheel in the bottom right corner).
  2. Updating EXR and the operating system.
  3. Restarting the device.

Naturally, we are continuously working on ensuring entertaining rowing sessions for as many devices as possible.
