When experiencing problems with EXR it can be useful to send as much information as possible to the support team. EXR creates log files that automatically register errors. These can help us figure out what is going wrong. We will explain how you can access these files and send them to us below.
Please note that using the Feedback Form in game automatically sends us these log files.
HOW TO ACCESS THE REPORTS
Open the file explorer in Windows.
When opened you can copy and paste the following command in the top bar:
%appdata%\..\LocalLow\Salty Lemon Entertainment\EXR
Now press Enter
You will now be in the folder where you will see 2 .log files. You can now select these and include them as an attachment when you mail the support team (firstname.lastname@example.org).
